Tasracing extends SEN partnership
Tasracing has announced an extension of its multi-year partnership with SEN and SEN Track for the 2026/27 racing season.
The renewed agreement marks the fifth year of the partnership, which delivers coverage of Tasmania’s thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing industries through SEN’s media network.
Tasracing and SEN’s strategy is aimed at maximising exposure in both the Tasmanian and interstate markets, focussed on raising the profile of the state’s racing product among sports and racing audiences nationally.
As part of the 2026/27 season agreement, Tasracing will continue as a major partner of SEN Tassie Breakfast with Brent Costelloe and Alistair Lynch and will have integrated broadcast advertising across Tasmania JackJumpers (NBL) and Tasmania Devils (VFL) television and radio coverage.
Tasracing will also sponsor a new 15-minute weekly segment on Giddy Up with Gareth Hall, while additional elements include major feature-race-day crosses on SENTrack, digital content and best-bets articles on SEN and RSN platforms. It will also feature advertising in the AFL Record, including the 2026 AFL Grand Final edition.
Tasracing CEO Andrew Jenkins said the partnership continues to provide valuable opportunities to showcase Tasmanian racing to a broad audience.
“The SEN audience is right across Australia, and Tasracing’s partnership with them has so many touchpoints that it enables us to showcase all three racing codes,” Jenkins said.
“This year we’re excited to have weekly broadcast segments on both radio and television through Racing.com, which is brilliant exposure for Tasmanian racing.”
