Former Racing Queensland head of commercial Jeremy Dailhou has linked up with his old boss Jason Scott and joined The Booki Group as chief financial officer.

Dailhou had worked at Racing Queensland since May 2022, the same time Scott had arrived at the principal racing authority. He held roles as a wagering and media analyst, then as a commercial analyst and since January 2024 as the head of commercial.

Prior to that he was a senior manager at the Siegfried Group in the United States, while he also worked as a financial analyst for Australia Post and a senior accountant for PWC.

Scott announced his resignation as Racing Queensland chief executive earlier this year and served out his six-month notice period, handing over the reins to interim CEO Lachlan Murray.

A week after officially finishing up, he joined The Booki Group, with the first brand, PonyBet, now launched. Scott and the team intend to launch a host of further betting brands in the coming month.
