Royal Meeting to remain in Victoria under new breeding partnership
The service fee for the sire of Blue Diamond Stakes winner Hayasugi has been doubled as part of a new Victorian breeding enterprise.

Royal Meeting, who stood at $11,000 (all fees incl GST) in his first four seasons at stud, will command a fee of $22,000 as the headline stallion for Lovatsville.
Lovatsville has been created as a bloodstock venture between Leneva Park, Seymour Bloodstock and several other investors.
It will be operated out of the farm where Royal Meeting has been standing under the Leneva Park banner.
Joining Royal Meeting on the Lovatsville roster will be the Japanese-bred Australian Group 1 winner Fierce Impact and Generation, a newcomer to the stallion ranks in 2024.
Fierce Impact will stand at a reduced fee of $13,750 while Generation, a son of Snitzel, will be introduced at $11,000.
Royal Meeting, a son of Invincible Spirit brought to Australia to stand on the Aquis Farm roster before transferring under a lease arrangement to Leneva Park, made headlines this season as the sire of Hayasugi.
Hayasugi emerged as one of Australia’s best two-year-olds with a string of wins that culminated in her Blue Diamond victory over the colts.

Her success prompted speculation that Royal Meeting could be headed to Aquis’ Queensland base for the 2024 breeding season but the formation of Lovatsville secured his immediate future in Victoria.
Sam White will head the Lovatsville operation.
White has worked for Coolmore and leading trainer Ciaron Maher and he has teamed up with Seymour Park owners Darren Thomas and Mark Pilkington and Leneva Park’s Luke Vandersluys in the Lovatsville venture.
Stallion management will be the new outfit’s core business.
