Inglis offers share in Everest-bound Ninja in October online sale
Group winners Oh Diamond Lil and Cherry Bomshell also feature in the 263-lot catalogue, with bidding closing from 10am on Wednesday, October 7.
Inglis will offer a one per cent share in Everest-bound Ninja through its October (Early) Online Sale, giving buyers an opportunity to join the four-year-old’s ownership ahead of the $20 million race.
The Michael Freedman-trained son of Farnan is booked to represent John Camilleri and Fairway Thoroughbreds in the Group 1 at Randwick on October 17. He was among the confirmed Everest runners last month.
Ninja has won five of his 10 starts, including the Group 2 Missile Stakes and Hobartville Stakes and Group 3 Vo Rogue Plate. His Missile victory came on his seasonal debut at Randwick on August 8.
Inglis confirmed the sale also includes Group 3 winner Oh Diamond Lil as a racing and breeding prospect and a 5 per cent share in Group 2-winning filly Cherry Bomshell.
The David Pfieffer-trained Oh Diamond Lil, by So You Think, has won seven of her 22 starts, including last year’s Tibbie Stakes, and earned more than $660,000 in prize money.
Cherry Bomshell, trained by Annabel and Rob Archibald, won the $1 million Percy Sykes Stakes during The Championships earlier this year. The three-year-old daughter of Lucky Vega has three wins from seven starts and earnings exceeding $820,000.
Other racehorse interests include five per cent shares in stakes winner Meridius and multiple Group 3 winner Recommendation. Four separate 5 per cent shares are offered in Regal Zeus, whose 12 wins include five at stakes level.
Broodmare entries include Bechuille, a sister to Group 1 winner Sweet Idea, with a Hawaii Five Oh colt at foot, and Group 3 winner Diva Express with a Storm Boy colt at foot. A stallion share in Better Than Ready is also catalogued.
The 263-lot catalogue comprises 134 racehorses, including 72 fillies, 74 shares in racehorses, 36 broodmares, 12 yearlings, six unraced lots and one stallion share.
