Lucy Yeomans is now established in the Cranbourne training ranks as a trainer in her own right with the launch of Victoria’s newest racing stable.
Under the banner of Lucy Yeomans Racing, the business opened on Monday.
Yeomans made a name for herself as an assistant to leading trainer Ciaron Maher before moving into a co-trainer role with Lloyd Kennewell, which was dissolved less than two weeks into the new season.
“This has been a dream in the making for many years,” Yeomans said.
“I’m passionate about developing horses that thrive in both body and mind.
“Whether it’s a young horse just starting out or an older horse that needs refining, I bring a tailored approach to every horse in the yard.”
