A new NSW training partnership is ready to be rubber-stamped, with Mitch Beer announcing a restructure at the helm of his Kembla Grange stable.
Beer will appoint George Carpenter to work in unison with him as co-trainer once Racing NSW approval comes through.
Carpenter joined the south coast stable 12 months ago and has been an assistant trainer to Beer.
“George is a young, enthusiastic horseman who has fit into our team like he’s been here forever,” Beer said.
“He’s got a natural feel for horses, a great attitude and he’s already built a strong relationship with many of our owners.
“This was a natural next step.”
Beer trained 34 winners last season and has made a strong start to 2025/2026 with four successes from limited starters.
