Experienced racing administrator James Ross has accepted a Hong Kong Jockey Club role to become the latest senior employee to leave the Australian Turf Club.
The head of the ATC’s racing and wagering division, Ross will depart at the end of the autumn carnival.
Formerly with the HKJC, Racing Australia and the Victoria Racing Club as racing development and strategy manager, Ross joined the ATC in 2016.
Ross assumed overall responsibility for racing services as well as track and training operations at the ATC’s four racing venues - Randwick, Rosehill, Canterbury and Warwick Farm - in 2020.
