Godolphin Australia will use a suite of nine stables across NSW and Victoria when it disperses more than 200 horses into the hands of public trainers from the start of the new racing season.

Lindsay Park’s Ben, Will and JD Hayes, Bjorn Baker, Chris Waller, Ciaron Maher and Joe Pride have all been selected to prepare a batch of Godolphin’s horses after the Australian arm of the international organisation elected to depart from a private training model earlier this year.

As well as confirming its trainers on Friday, Godolphin Australia announced last-start Group 2 Percy Sykes-winning filly Tempted and Group 1-winning mare Zardozi will join Maher’s dual-state stable, while Warwick Farm-based Pride will take on Group 1-winning stallion-turned-gelding Golden Mile.
