Lady Of Camelot, a daughter of Written Tycoon, was held up early in the straight, before jockey Blake Shinn found clear air and charged through to beat Melbourne colt Coleman.

Denied by Hayasugi in the Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes in February, there was to be no repeat of the dose, with the pair clearing out from third-placed Storm Boy to fight out the finish.

Lady Of Camelot gave Written Tycoon a second Slipper success, with Capitalist having won the race in 2016 when ridden by Shinn.

The third foal out of Miss Debutante, a daughter of Fastnet Rock, Lady Of Camelot is a half-sister to two-year-old stakeswinners Platinum Jubilee and Queen Of The Ball.
