Racing NSW CEO Peter V’landys will continue his dual roles with confirmation he will be appointed as chair of the Australian Rugby League Commission (ARLC) for another three years.

V’landys, who has held the chief executive role at Racing NSW for nearly 20 years, has been on the Australian Rugby League Commission (ARLC) since 2018 and assumed the role as chairman of that body in October 2019.

Fellow commissioner Peter Beattie confirmed on 2GB on Tuesday that V’landys, who has been the mastermind of several innovations in the rugby league landscape over the past four years, including the upcoming matches in Las Vegas, would be re-elected as chair at Wednesday’s Annual General Meeting.
