Williamson to manage Middlebrook Valley Lodge
Middlebrook Valley Lodge has appointed Scott Williamson as stud manager and Stephen McNamara to a client relations and sales role ahead of the 2026 breeding season.
Williamson will start on July 20 after more than two decades in the thoroughbred industry across the UK, the United States and Australia.
He began his career at Coolmore and Darley in the UK before working with stallions at Lane’s End Farm in Kentucky, where he developed an interest in equine biomechanics.
Williamson moved to Australia in 2008 to join Widden Stud before managing Twin Palms Stud, spending four years at Edinglassie Stud and most recently serving as manager of Musk Creek Farm in Victoria for the past eight years.
McNamara joins the farm after three years with the Ciaron Maher stable in Sydney.
He will oversee client communications and sales while focusing on developing new business for Middlebrook Valley Lodge.
