The Zhang Yuesheng-led racing and breeding empire paid $310,000 for the share in the Mick Price and Mick Kent Jnr-trained Robert Sangster Stakes winner via Wednesday's Inglis Digital auction. That values her at $3.1 million.

The daughter of I Am Invincible, who was a $1.55 million Magic Millions purchase by agent Sheamus Mills whose colours the five-year-old wears, has drawn barrier two with jockey Blake Shinn to ride in the Manikato.

The share was offered by part owner Rob Cummings.

“I’m downsizing my breeding operation and Will Stott – who looks after me at Inglis – advised me to list the share on Inglis Digital," he said.

“The ownership group have been great, I’m still good friends with them and I wish them, and the new part-owner, the best of luck with her Friday night and into the future.”

She will be up against the Yulong-owned Magic Time, a first-up winner of the Cockram Stakes at Caulfield, who has drawn barrier one for the Group 1 sprint where Lady Shenandoah is favourite.

The second highest-priced lot of the Inglis Digital September (Late) Sale was three-year-old Zoustar colt Valedictorian, who sold to Hong Kong owner Eric Yeung for $200,000.

Valedictorian ran fourth in the Group 2 Skyline as a two-year-old and has been placed three times this preparation for trainer Michael Freedman on behalf of owner James Harron.

“Many thanks to Eric for purchasing Valedictorian – he’s a lovely horse with very few miles on the clock, so our fingers are crossed for good success for his new owners," Harron said.

The September (Late) Sale grossed $2,919,050 with Braveheart ($110,000 to Executive Racing Club) and Field of Myrtle ($110,000 to Kianben Bloodstock) and 2YO Castelvecchio colt from Miss Helsinki ($100,000 to Monarch Racing Syndications) also selling for six figures.
