“A superior racing experience” – Stake steps up racing offering with BetMakers partnership
Tote pools on global racing are on the agenda of Stake.com after it inked a deal with Australian wagering tech company BetMakers.

Wagering tech company BetMakers has linked up with Australian-owned global wagering powerhouse Stake as part of a multi-year deal to power Stake’s global horse racing expansion.
Stake, which is licensed in Curacao, but has it operational base in Australia, is one of the biggest players in the global market but is not permitted to offer its services to Australians.
It attracts over 80 million monthly visits and processes more than 100 billion bets a year.
Its agreement with publicly listed Australian company BetMakers extends for three years, with a two-year extension option and will see BetMakers deliver its RaceOdds+ solution to Stake.
It will allow Stake to access BetMakers’ full suite of racing tech – including live streaming, global tote pools, and the Racelab analytics platform. The partnership is set to go live in the second half of FY26.
“We are thrilled to partner with a brand as dynamic as stake.com. They are one of the fastest growing wagering platforms globally, with a reputation for speed and innovation,” BetMakers CEO Jake Henson said.
“This is a strong validation of our RaceOdds+ product and global strategy. We’re excited to help Stake deliver a world-class racing experience to their modern customer base.”
Stake’s Director, Jarrod Febbraio, called the deal “a game-changer.”
“The opportunity to offer tote pools through the Global Tote Hub is a terrific way to support the sustainability of horse racing, which is important to us,” Febbraio said. “We’re confident this partnership will allow us to deliver a superior racing experience.”
The commercial terms include both fixed and variable revenue. The contract was awarded after a global tender and due diligence process.
