TTR/V’landys defamation case held over until May  

The commencement of the court aspect of the defamation case involving industry publication The Thoroughbred Report and Racing NSW CEO Peter V’landys has been delayed until May.

The parties were due to appear in the Supreme Court of NSW in Sydney on Friday, before Justice Campbell.

The court confirmed that consent orders have been made in the matter, which has now been held over until May 15.
