Black-type mares up for grabs on Magic Millions Digital

Stakes-winning mares and an unreserved draft of yearlings from the Forest View Farm dispersal are among the offerings in the Magic Millions Digital Sale, which is open for bidding until August 19.

The breeding prospects include stakes winners Twain’s Angel and Mission Of Love, multiple city winner and Group performer Emmadella and Group producer Pellicle, who is in foal to Darley stallion Broadsiding.

Twain’s Angel (Lot 15), a daughter of Toronado offered by Yenrise Pty Ltd, won nine races from 20 starts including the Listed Scenic Blast Stakes and The Joey and earned $717,000 in prizemoney.

Mission Of Love (Lot 61), offered by Macedon Racing, won the Caloundra Cup before finishing sixth at Flemington on June 20 and is being sold as a breeding prospect.

Mission Of Love’s half-brother Macedon Mission won as a juvenile last season and subsequently contested Group 1 and Group 2 races at his past two starts before a spell.

Emmadella (Lot 18), a daughter of All Too Hard, is a multiple city winner who finished fourth in the Group 3 Winx Guineas.

Pellicle (Lot 64) is offered in foal to Broadsiding after producing Group 3 winner and Group 2 Karrakatta Plate runner-up Live To Tell, and is from the family of Group 1 winners Tentyris, Baraqiel and Autumn Angel.

The Forest View Farm unreserved dispersal includes 13 yearlings by Toronado, Playing God, Spirit Of Boom and State Of Rest, along with four two-year-olds by Capitalist, Splintex, Long Leaf and Lightsaber and a number of broodmares.

X-rays for the yearlings will be available through the Magic Millions repository, with summary reports available from Forest View.

Bidding is open and the Magic Millions Digital Sale will close from 12pm (AEST) on Wednesday, August 19.
